1. Company Identification

2. Formation of Consent and Stock Availability

The acceptance of each purchase is subject to validation by our company, which will verify: (a) Product stock availability, (b) Payment method validation, and (c) Accuracy of the information provided by the customer.In the event that the product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted to arrange a refund or a product exchange.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

The prices displayed on the website include VAT and are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP). Transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, ensuring the security of your data through SSL protocols. As a merchant, we do not store your credit or debit card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout Chile as well as international deliveries. Shipping costs and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping and Delivery section. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes (DDU).

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 10 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase. To exercise this right, the product must be new, sealed, in its original packaging, and unused. Return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.

6. Legal Warranty

In the event of manufacturing defects, the customer is entitled to a legal warranty of 6 months. The customer may choose between repair, replacement, or a refund of the amount paid, subject to a technical evaluation to rule out misuse or normal wear and tear.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

The data provided by the customer will be treated confidentially and in accordance with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life. Such data will be used solely to process product shipments and to send commercial information, provided that the customer has authorized it.

8. Governing Law

For all legal purposes, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. In the event of any questions or claims, our support team will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours via support@ninegrams.com .
