- What is Tyvek?

Our wallets are made of tyvek, that is a unique material, discovered by Dupont and made from very fine, high-density polyethylene fibers, resulting in a superior fabric, very strong, but also lightweight and breathable. These distinct properties make it a popular material for the medical, construction, apparel and stationery industries. The PH neutral Tyvek material is non-toxic. Tyvek is made with 25% recycled material and is itself 100% recyclable.

- ​Is the wallet waterproof?

Yes. The Ninegrams wallet are made of Tyvek, that is a material made from plastic fibers. This material is 100% water resistant. However our wallet also includes a protective PVC film that gives an extra protection, resulting in a more durable wallet that doesn´t lose their bright colors as other Tyvek wallets.

- How many items can a Ninegrams wallet hold?

Our wallets are designed to adjust to hold as much as you need. The versatile design includes a large pocket for cash and expandable slots to hold 12-14 business cards. 

- Are Ninegrams wallets the slimest?

The are many good Tyvek wallets, some of them as slim as the Ninegrams wallets.  However what we offer is a more durable and comfortable wallet since we combine a very functional design of a bifold sewn wallet and better materials including a protective film that makes our wallet last much more than any other tyvek wallet.

- Is there a coin pocket?

No, there is no coin pocket in the Ninegrams wallet. We recommend not to carry heavy coins with you. Keep them in the car.

- How will the product come packaged?

All the wallets come packaged in a nice custom-made cardboard envelope.  We make our packaging from recycled card, and keep it slim and lightweight.

- Can I design my own wallet?

We are working on an App where you will be able to automatically upload your own design, and that will be launched soon. Meanwhile you can send us your idea to support@ninegrams.com and we will be happy to work on it and we will provide some guidance.

- Where are Ninegrams wallets made?

Our wallets are made in the city of Santiago, Chile.

- Do you ship to other countries?
