Shipping and Delivery

• All orders are processed and shipped from our workshop in Santiago, Chile within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it at any time.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Chile: 2–5 business days.
  • International: 7–21 business days
• International Taxes and Customs: Shipments outside of Chile are made on a "taxes not included" (DDU) basis. This means the price does not include local taxes, VAT, or duties that may be charged by your country's customs. These additional charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
• If you have any questions about customs or taxes, we recommend contacting your country's post office or customs office before purchasing.
• Shipping costs: Free shipping is offered on orders over a certain value (value depends on the shipping destination). Standard and express shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
