Shipping and Delivery

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in Santiago, Chile. Shipments are made within 1 to 2 business days after the purchase has been validated (stock and payment method verification). Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Chile.

2. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a direct link to track the progress of your delivery in real time.

3. Coverage, Timeframes, and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. For reference:

  • Chile: 3 a 5 business days. (Approx. $4.000 – $5.000 CLP).
  • International Standard: 10 to 20 business days. (Approx. USD 5–7).
  • International Express: 5 to 8 business days. (Approx. USD 20–25).

*Free shipping may be available for orders that exceed a certain amount, depending on current promotions applicable in each country.

4. Customs and International Taxes (DDU)

For shipments outside of Chile, we operate under the Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) method. This means that the amount paid on our website does not include local taxes, customs duties, or VAT of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the local customs authority.
