Shipping and Delivery

• All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Santiago, Chile within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment at all times.
• Estimated shipping times & costs:
  • Chile: 3–5 business days (approx. USD 4–5)
  • International Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (approx. USD 5–7)
  • International Express Shipping: 5–8 business days (approx. USD 20–25)
    
• International taxes & customs: Orders shipped outside Chile are sent under the Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the product and shipping prices do not include local taxes, VAT, or customs duties that may be charged by the destination country’s customs authorities. Any additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If you have questions regarding taxes or customs procedures, we recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service prior to placing your order.
• Shipping costs: Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount, depending on the destination country. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary by location.
