Price and Currency
All transactions are processed in the currency indicated on the product and on the payment pages.
In most countries, taxes are included in the price. When they are not, they will be clearly displayed on the payment page before you finalize your purchase.
Orders are shipped to the destination country under the Incoterms® Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) conditions. This means we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes on orders delivered to your country, and we cannot predict what those additional charges will be.
If applicable, these charges must be paid for your package to clear customs.

Return Policy
Your Ninegrams product comes with a warranty. In the event that your product is defective in any way, not including normal wear and tear, send it to us and we will make sure to resolve your problem.
