2. Formation of Consent and Stock Availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The acceptance of each purchase is subject to validation by our company, which will verify:\n(a) Product stock availability,\n(b) Payment method validation, and\n(c) Accuracy of the information provided by the customer.\n\nIn the event that the product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted to arrange a refund or a product exchange.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

3. Prices and Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The prices displayed on the website include VAT and are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP). Transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, ensuring the security of your data through SSL protocols. 5. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The customer has a period of 10 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase. To exercise this right, the product must be new, sealed, in its original packaging, and unused<\/strong>. Return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

6. Legal Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the event of manufacturing defects, the customer is entitled to a legal warranty of 6 months<\/strong>. The customer may choose between repair, replacement, or a refund of the amount paid, subject to a technical evaluation to rule out misuse or normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
